Last week we were in Condoto, where more than 20 young people started their first series of workshops on illustration with the purpose to encourage artistic creation, to uplift their ideas and express their vision about the world which surrounds them. Therefore, art becomes a fundamental tool to grow as people and grow their critical and alternative thinking.

This was a space not only to carry out the artistic activities, but also to reflect on the themes related to the arts and the things which they like and motivate them in their daily lives.

They learned and practiced some drawing and illustration techniques such as the use of color pencils, markers and paints.

Thanks to our alliance of Juntos Por Chocó, we will continue to create these spaces to promote the wellbeing of our young people in Chocó.
